Lord Conquer (veteran Japanese actor Sonny Chiba) makes orphans of two children and raises them as his disciples. Ten years later, Wind (Ekin Cheng) and Cloud (Aaron Kwok) have secured the kingdom, thus fulfilling the prophecy. Conquer then sets them against each other, using his innocent daughter Charity (Kristy Yeung) as a pawn.
